Love her like
you would love a god;
They tell me,
But I have no patience
For a god who
Does not talk back,
And
Again,
Unrequited love
Reminds me of my childhood;
Embarrassing,
Like a love letter
Caught mid-air
By the classroom teacher.
Every time I love,
It falls
Into the wrong hands.
